On Working with Texts and E-Courses

This project grows out of a long-standing fascination with imagination and inner experience. I spend much of my time reading, comparing perspectives, looking for patterns, and exploring how different traditions, methods, and scientific findings connect with one another.

AI assists me in that process. It helps me organize information, compare sources, collaborate on ideas, and translate my Swedish (Swenglish) into readable English.

A significant part of this work involves studying imaginative methods themselves. I am interested in how different approaches—from Active Imagination and hypnosis to memory reconsolidation, dreamwork, imagery, and somatic practices—work with the mind in different ways. My goal is to understand where these methods differ, where they overlap, and what they reveal about the mind’s imaginal weave. By understanding their underlying structure, I can break them down into practical, step-by-step processes that can be explored and taught through articles and e-courses.

I explore what neurobiological and psychological research says, what historical and contemporary clinical experience suggests, and what can be learned from individual experience itself.

I do my best to verify claims that may challenge conventional thinking. But consciousness and the human mind is a vast territory, and errors are possible. Follow your gut feeling into what resonates.
